El curso estará a cargo del Dr. Pedro Rubens David, presidente del comité académico de doctorado, juez ad litem del tribunal penal internacional de La Haya y presidente de la Cámara Federal de Casación penal. Además, contará con la coordinación del Dr. Ricardo Ángel Basílico, director de la escuela de abogacía a/c del departamento de penalística. Durante el curso se desarrollará una evolución y un detallado análisis del integrativismo en el horizonte mundial actual.
