Tareas:

As part of the Regional Finance Development Program you utilize, synthesize, and integrate data to form insights that guide our results and strategies, and help decision-makers understand the landscape we work in and identify additional financial value-adding opportunities. Provides analytics and insights, resource allocation models, and financial modeling tools. Enable Stakeholders to focus on their key activities while identifying opportunities to provide the best experience to them. Ensure that technological advances are integrated into insights generation processes. Scale expertise for future efforts and constantly streamline and/or upgrade processes. Establish and maintain robust financial reporting systems, processes, and financial controls to ensure the integrity and reliability of financial statements and information. Establish and maintain strong partnerships with internal Finance colleagues as well as Business Partners as required. May lead planning activities and balance planning simplifications with robust, fit-for-purpose information. May lead or support financial closing activities. Understands and lives the Finance Framework, mindset, and behaviors.

Requisitos:

• Excellent academic profile: Bachelor in Business Administration, Finance, accounting, or any other related degree which has a Finance major or specialty, CFA / MBA/ CIMA preferred
• Between 2 to 3 years of working experience with a focus on Finance, for industries such as healthcare,  consumer goods, tech, or consulting with exposure to projects related to innovation in digital or advanced analytics technologies
• Fluent English proficiency is a requirement; proficiency in other languages is nice to have
• Mobility is required (in this position you will start in the country you are currently located, and then need to be able to rotate locations during a 2 to 2.5 years time period)
